Food that tells a story

Look, we could throw around fancy culinary terms all day, but here's what really drives us—getting the best stuff from BC farmers and fishermen, then doing right by it. No unnecessary complications, just ingredients at their peak treated with respect.

Our menu changes with what's actually good right now. Spring asparagus doesn't taste the same in winter, so why pretend it does? We work closely with suppliers who care as much as we do, and yeah, you'll taste the difference.
